Tamsui River...

Tamsui River... Taipei, Taiwan. This was formerly named as Danshui River, Chinese: 淡水河. It is now heavy polluted with raw sewage and industrial pollution. The river length is about 159 Km and flows through the Taipei city to the Taiwan strait . The river mouth is a famous recreational spot among the local and foreign tourists and it get crowded heavily during the weekends.
